Privacy statement

As a medium-sized company in Lower Saxony, Germany, we set especially high standards to data protection, i.e. to the protection of the personal data of our customers and employees. For the purpose of a corporate culture observing the standards, data protection is part of our decision processes for us. The provisions of the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the German Data Protection Act (Bundesdatenschutzgesetz - BDSG) and other regulations on data protection are consistently applied in our company. A Data Protection Officer has been appointed.

For us, the personal data of our customers are the basis to provide an excellent service. The protection of these data and their use in a way expected by our customers has highest priority.
Furthermore, it is important for us that you are always able to be informed about the time we save the data, the data which we save and the way and form how we use them.

Subject matter of data protection
Personal data are the subject matter of data protection. These data are any information on identifiable natural persons according to Art. 4 of the GDPR. This includes for example details as the name, the postal address, the e-mail address or the phone number, but also the use of data as your IP address.

Scope of data processing in general
We only process your personal data to the extent to which you have communicated them to us and which is necessary to provide the service for you. In this context it may be necessary to transmit your personal data to companies which we use for the provision of the services or for contract performance.

Furthermore, data are transmitted to third persons if we are obliged to do so based on legal requirements or orders by authorities or as far as this is expressly described in our privacy statement.

Your rights
Personal data communicated to us are saved until the purpose for which they have been communicated to us is fulfilled. If retention periods according to the commercial law, the tax law or the social law have to be observed, the period of storage of certain data may be up to 10 years.

If you do not agree to the storage of your personal data or if they are not correct anymore, we will arrange the erasure or blockage of your data on a corresponding instruction or have them corrected as far as this is possible according to the current legislation. On request, you will receive free information on all personal data which we have saved regarding you. If you have any questions, please contact the person responsible for this website who is specified in the legal notice or directly contact our Data Protection Officer.

According to the European General Data Protection Regulation you can require a limitation of processing of your data or oppose the processing of your personal data.

If you are not satisfied with the way in which we handle your personal data, the GDPR grants you a right to lodge a complaint with a regulatory authority, for example with the data protection authority of the state of Lower Saxony (mail: poststelle@lfd.niedersachsen.de).

Log files of the web server
Any visits of our homepage are logged. According to the GDPR, the IP address is a value which can be traced back to a natural person and is therefore personal. The IP addresses of the visitors are saved for seven days for security reasons, for example to be able to trace any attacks on the website. The IP addresses are removed from all other log files which are used for the preparation of access statistics so that these data are anonymised and do not contain any reference to persons anymore.

Cookies
We use cookies on our website. These are small text modules which are stored on your computer. We only use so-called “session cookies” which are generated by our CMS. The data in the session cookies is only stored for your respective current visit on our website and serves to make an unlimited use of our services and a most comfortable use of our internet pages possible. The session cookies are automatically deleted once you close our browser. If you do not wish to permit any cookies, you can deactivate the cookies in your browser.

Google web fonts
This website uses Google web fonts. Font types are integrated into the websites via a server of Google. Google web fonts are used in the interest of a uniform and pleasant presentation of our online offering. This is a justified interest for the purpose of Art. 6 par. 1 lit. f GDPR.
